REFUND POLICY

Important information regarding purchases and donations.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital and instantly-deliverable nature of our in-game goods, subscriptions, and priority queue statuses, all sales and donations are completely final.

2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Server bans or suspensions resulting from rule violations.
  • Loss of interest in playing on BobonyRP.
  • Server downtime, maintenance, or data wipes.
  • Changes in server framework, economy, or features.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

Any attempt to chargeback, dispute, or reverse a payment through your bank, PayPal, or Tebex will result in an immediate, unappealable permanent ban from all BobonyRP services, including the game server, Discord, and website.

4. Delivery Issues

If you made a purchase and did not receive your virtual items, please open a support ticket in our Discord server. We will verify your transaction and manually deliver your items if a system failure occurred.
