BUSINESS RULES

Legal management

Official businesses must comply with city laws. Abuse may result in the withdrawal of their licence.

COMBAT & CRIME

No Exploiting

Don't abuse broken or over-tuned mechanics for an unfair edge — report them to staff instead. This covers combat logging to dodge consequences, running major heists right before a scheduled restart, and using animations or map geometry to dodge hits or reach places you shouldn't.

Respawning Is a Last Resort

Only respawn if you're genuinely unreachable by police or medics, or you've hit a game-breaking bug. Respawning to dodge a search, robbery, or active conflict isn't allowed, and following someone to the hospital to restart a fight they escaped is forbidden.

Ambush Timing

Don't start a robbery or attack on someone who's locked into a menu or transition with no way to respond — elevators, clothing stores, ladders. Give people a genuine chance to notice and react before anything escalates.

No Vehicle Ramming

Using your vehicle as a weapon against another player isn't allowed, with one narrow exception: a single hit when it's genuinely your only realistic way to escape and staying would put your life at risk.

Looting Window

You get a short window to loot after a fight ends, or until police begin clearing the scene, whichever comes first — don't make everyone else wait on you.

Group Size Limits

Keep civilian and criminal conflicts to a reasonable number of players per side so fights stay winnable and fun for everyone involved. Police may field more to respond, but should scale with the actual situation rather than flooding every call.

Cooldown Between Big Fights

Back-to-back large shootouts with heavy casualties need a genuine cooldown between them — don't chain conflict into conflict with no break.

CONDUCT

Harassment

Harassment targets a player as a person, not their character — this includes sexual harassment, unwanted DMs after being asked to stop, and sustained intimidation meant to drive someone off the server. Aggressive in-character roleplay is not harassment on its own; open a support ticket if you feel targeted.

Toxicity & Griefing

Deliberately ruining another player's roleplay in bad faith, sustained abuse in OOC chat, or targeted harassment of staff and developers is not tolerated. Constructive criticism belongs in the proper feedback channels, not public attacks.

Off-Server Conduct

Staff don't mediate personal disputes that happen off the server, but conduct elsewhere that threatens the safety or wellbeing of the community can still result in removal.

No Advertising

Promoting other servers or communities without staff approval isn't allowed, whether in-game, in DMs, or on Discord.

Alt Accounts & Ban Evasion

Using an alternate account to evade a ban or manipulate community interactions is forbidden. Any secondary Discord or FiveM accounts must be disclosed to staff.

CONTENT STANDARDS

Consent for Graphic Roleplay

Anything beyond standard in-game violence — extended torture, dismemberment, and similar — needs consent from everyone who can see or hear it before it starts. Some scenarios are off-limits regardless of consent: suicide or self-harm roleplay, terminal illness storylines, real-world mass-casualty events, and sexual assault.

No Erotic Roleplay

This isn't an ERP server — erotic roleplay isn't permitted.

Licensed Music

Don't play copyrighted music in-game — it puts content creators streaming the server at real risk of copyright strikes.

No Unfair Modifications

Mods or settings that give a competitive edge in player-vs-player situations — enhanced visibility, widened field of view, combat-cue sound packs, damage-indicator overlays — aren't allowed.

CRIME

Heist Limits (Rule of 6)

The maximum group size limit for any hostile crime scene, bank robbery, store robbery, or shootout is 6 players. Cops must match the responding counts reasonably. Calling in third-party backup (creating alliances mid-shootout) to exceed the rule of 6 is strictly forbidden.

Pocket Wiping & Looting

Pocket wiping (looting all items, phones, food, licenses, and cash from a downed player) is prohibited. You can only steal items relevant to the scenario (e.g., ammunition, class-specific items, or key items). Robbing a player solely to grief their items violates server rules.

FEAR RP

Value your life

Your character values their life. When a weapon is pointed at you, you must show fear and act accordingly.

GANG RULES

Illegal activity framework

Gangs must build consistent roleplay. Major robberies and conflicts require a minimum number of participants and staff approval.

GENERAL

Random Deathmatch (RDM) & Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM)

RDM is defined as initiating violence against another player without prior roleplay interaction, dialogue, or clear aggressive context. VDM is the act of using a vehicle as a weapon to hit, run over, or kill a player. High-speed collision initiation requires direct verbal roleplay build-up beforehand.

Safe Zones & Green Zones

No hostile actions (kidnappings, robberies, shooting, or stabbing) can occur within designated safe zones. Fleeing into a safe zone during active roleplay conflict (combat logging/zone abuse) is a punishable rule break. The rule ends only if the scene was fully initiated outside and carried over naturally.

Value of Life (NVL)

If you are held at gunpoint by multiple armed individuals and have no logical escape route, you must comply. NVL includes acting recklessly when facing certain death, running away from loaded guns pointed at you, or taunting hostiles when weaponless.

GENERAL RULES

Respect the community

Respect between players and towards staff is mandatory, both in game and on Discord. Hate speech, discrimination and harassment are not tolerated.

Minimum age

The server is restricted to players aged 18 and over. An approved whitelist application is required to access the game.

Working microphone required

A working and clearly audible microphone is required. Roleplay is conducted by voice.

GOVERNMENT

Fair Enforcement

Government roles carry real power over other players, so officers and staff must still leave room for counterplay and can't be used to repeatedly target one person or group without a legitimate in-character reason.

Corruption Storylines

Corruption is allowed as a storyline, but government roles can't fabricate evidence for warrants or subpoenas, and anyone running large-scale corruption accepts the full consequences — including losing that character's government position.

JOBS

PD Corruption Restrictions

Corruption in the Police Department (PD) and Medical Services (EMS) is generally forbidden unless explicitly approved by the Server Administration. This includes selling department weapons, taking bribes to delete criminal records, or actively assisting gangs during active shootouts.

EMS Combat Rule

Emergency Medical Services (EMS) are strictly neutral. They cannot be targeted, taken hostage, or shot at during duty, unless they actively violate their neutrality (e.g. carrying weapons or feeding info to cops). Players must let EMS perform medical duties in active scenes.

MASS RP

Large-scale scenes

Events involving many players must be approved by staff and follow a predefined roleplay framework.

METAGAMING

No metagaming

Using information obtained outside roleplay inside the game is strictly forbidden. Your character only knows what they learned in roleplay.

Streaming & Meta Info

If you stream, don't let your own broadcast or chat feed you in-character advantages — that includes reacting to chat call-outs, fortifying a position because viewers warned you, or treating someone differently in-character just because they're a streamer.

PAIN RP

Roleplay injuries

Serious injuries must be roleplayed through pain, reduced mobility and difficulty speaking. You cannot run normally after being shot in the leg.

POWERGAMING

No powergaming

Forcing an action on another player without allowing a response, or giving your character unrealistic abilities, is forbidden.

REPORTING & APPEALS

Reporting Window

Report rule violations within 48 hours of the incident, with any evidence you have. Serious issues — harassment, hate speech, and similar — should be reported immediately; no time window applies to those.

Ban Appeals

Appeal a ban calmly through the proper channel, not by messaging staff directly. Publicly arguing about a ban across Discord or on stream instead of appealing it properly will only hurt your case.

ROLEPLAY RULES

Stay in character

You must remain in character whenever you are connected. Out-of-character discussions must use the designated channels.

Keep actions consistent

Your actions must be believable and consistent with your character and the situation. Quality roleplay always takes priority over winning.

Fail RP & Character Standards

Character appearance and behavior should stay immersive — outfits or bits built purely to mock or disrupt the roleplay environment aren't allowed. Players who bring nothing to scenes but disruption or a win-at-all-costs mentality are subject to removal.

New Life Rule

How much your character remembers after being taken down depends on how it happened — a clean knockout keeps full memory, a serious injury leaves only a fuzzy impression, and a full respawn wipes the memory of the event entirely. Permanent character death is always the player's own call, never forced by others.

Character Names

Pick an original name for your character — no real-world celebrities, public figures, or names copied from shows, games, or other creators.

SANCTIONS

Sanction scale

Depending on severity: warning, kick, temporary ban or permanent ban. Repeated offences result in stronger sanctions.

Appeals

A sanction may be appealed calmly through a Discord ticket. Insulting staff will void the appeal.
